1.2.2 - Auditing fixes, final

Administrator requested to merge 1.2.2 into master
  • Removed the nav button dimming on the favourites page.
  • Fixed the audit.php page not working due to a missing csrf token.
  • Added a JS scroll feature for anchor tags to head.js to stop the content being hidden under the banner.
  • Updated all git references "GitLab" -> "GitHub"
  • New README format.
  • Changelog moved to CHANGELOG.md
  • Fixed the install script not allowing a +30 days timestamp for bypass_2fa.
